Trademark acknowledgement
ISA/IEC 62443 and related marks are the property of their respective owners, including the International Society of Automation (ISA) and the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC). OTRISK is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by IEC or ISA. The platform supports working with these standards. Other standards referenced on this website, including ISO/IEC 27001 and EN 18031, remain the property of their respective standards bodies.
Standard texts
The texts of the standards are licensed from IEC and ISA. OTRISK does not distribute standard texts. Clients keep their own licensed copies of the standards they work with.
End User Agreement (EULA)
Use of the OTRISK platform is governed by our End User Agreement, version 1.0, June 2026. The agreement is bilingual: if the Dutch and English versions differ, the Dutch version prevails. It is governed by Dutch law, and disputes are submitted to the competent court in 's-Hertogenbosch.
The agreement is provided during procurement and is available on request via info@otrisk.io.
